Nirvana was a great band back in the late 1990s when they first came out and all the band members still could not grow a beard. Back in those days around 5 to 10 years ago now this group came smashing out of America from the city of Seattle where grunge rock was the main stream music for the next generation. True to classic hard rock style these guys never lost a beat and where a huge success making one great album after another until they had endless songs that rose through the charts. At just about every function you go to and all of the pubs, clubs and other establishments you will be bound to here a Nirvana song like smells like teen spirit or one of the many other hits by the end of the night.

Nirvana as a band have had to go through some major problems here and there when their lead singer got sick and the bands plane was in an accident. Just like the good times you all go through our bad times which are a part of the rock industry as well as an unwritten law of the world. Nirvana is still selling albums today which are amazing for such a young band even though their songs have made it to the number one spots in more countries around the world then mast bands ever will. Weird Al Wank Yankovic is another song writer who makes parodies of the real bands and plays music which rips them off. He has done several songs of Michael Jackson and the song Smells like Nirvana which is absolutely hilarious.
